Amid the shopping, the cooking, the parties and the holidays, it is easy to lose sight of what Christmas is all about.

The Road to Bethlehem pageant is a drama tour portraying the events of the first Christmas.

The drama tour starts inside the 'Jerusalem Market' which is an area to capture your interest while waiting for your tour to begin.

Entry to the Market is by the Jerusalem Gate which opens at 6:15 pm. 'Tax Collectors' will request a gold coin donation at the Gate.

Once you are inside, the drama tour is free, but because group sizes are limited to 80 people, a ticket is required. These tickets are available from the Booth inside the Jerusalem Gate. They can be pre-booked  on line.

Drama tours commence every 10 minutes starting from 6:20 each night. The last tour begins at 9:30. Each tour lasts about one hour.

The drama tour returns to the market where you may continue to browse and eat as long as you wish.
